ONTARIO, CA, UNITED STATES, October 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Lee & Associates – Ontario today announced the $7.75 million sale of 2319 E. Locust Court, a 37,146-square-foot industrial building in Ontario, California. The transaction closed Sept. 30, 2026, at approximately $209 per square foot.Kyle Vizzo, Broker Associate with Lee & Associates – Ontario, represented both the seller, a private party, and the buyer, a private investor, in the transaction.
The buyer acquired the property in an all-cash transaction. A new seven-year lease with the building's existing tenant was in place at closing.
